Rapist Steven Wells who raped daughters gets no jail time. Remove Judge Frances C. Gull!

The Issue

Steven Wells of Fort Wayne, Indiana, raped his two young daughters who are 13 and 14 years old since 2012, he was recently put on probation with no jail time by Indiana’s Judge Frances C. Gull. One of his daughters is disabled who has a mental capacity of a 7 year old. We need to protect the vulnerable and make this right.

How would you feel if this was your daughter, mother, sister, wife, or friend?

Tell the Indiana Code of Judicial Conduct and Allen County Superior Court of Indiana, "Judge Frances C. Gull just let a father, who was raping for years his two young daughters go FREE with no jail time!” Remove her from her position immediately for her disregard for survivors of sexual assault, her position is to protect the victims not the Predators!
