Unsurprisingly, it does not seem that reporting this issue to the Indiana Ethics Commission accomplished anything. Todd Rokita is still using the Indiana tax funded in.gov internet server and Indiana office of the Indiana attorney general employees for his future campaign propaganda. The Indiana Disciplinary Commission has assigned a grievance number to the Request to Investigate form that I submitted to them. It will likely not accomplish anything either. The Indiana Inspector General can be contacted at dacook@ig.in.gov to submit a grievance. The Indiana Ethics Commission grievance form can be found at https://www.in.gov/ig/hotline/ The more people that request an investigation, the more likely it will accomplish something.
I initially informed the Indiana Election Commission of this issue, and after having reviewed the evidence, I was advised by a staff attorney to contact the Indiana Ethics Commission. Indiana statutes IC 4-6-1-4, IC 4-6-1-5, IC 4-6-2, and Article 1.5 do not authorize campaign propaganda, a press secretary, the hiring of local entertainment personalities or the hiring of employees of the office of the Indiana attorney general for promotion of any kind.
