Dear supporters, I want to narrate an incident when I was travelling by Habibganj Express on 4th April 2019 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Habibganj.Half of the distance was already crossed and I had requested 2/3 co -passengers in my cubicle to use the Dustbin under basin who were throwing plastic wrappers outside window. I went to the door to check  the condition of the dustbin which to my surprise was complerely empty and a big rat jumped from the opening to grab my fingers in search of food.Such is the condition inside our trains in sleeper class.Beautiful countryside is treated like a dustbin and dustbins are empty cause people feel lazy to go till the door and put trash in the bins under basin or inside toilets.
