The very country where female form..the godess Durga is worshipped the little girls are subjected to discrimination right from birth. Everyday so many rape cases are reported in the media and a majority of them are rapes on minors, sometimes as old as three years! Sometimes committed by those who should be taking care of them. Fathers raping minor daughters is not new. The morality has stooped and touched the Nadir and rapists are let out free sending a very very wrong message to the society. When a minor is molested or raped nothing more is required to prove the crime. To give our children, girls and boys, a secure fearless society it is very important that men of such sick minds are dealt with severely.
