Indian police have charged the Indian army for framing and killing civilians in Kashmir. See Guardian article below

Please remember this happens on a frequent basis in Kashmir. There is no rule of law.

Pakistan believes that the true extent of killings is extremely high. The UNHRC is weak and inadequate. Countries like France block UNSC  discussions on Kashmir. Pakistan is yet to act effectively. In the interim, people are dying, graves are being dug and the world is allowing it to happen. 

Happy New Year although one can never be happy until justice is done in Kashmir
