Will anyone be held accountable?

More action is needed. So far, the KBI have said they are leading the investigation and will report their findings to the county attorney. But who is holding the police chief accountable for seeking this warrant in the first place? Who is holding the judge accountable for signing it?

I haven't seen any public statements indicating anyone is taking action on these matters, but the reporting so far seems to indicate that very little effort was made to investigate the underlying allegations of identity theft.

I just added Kansas Governor Laura Kelly as the recipient of this petition, because I believe this situation is serious enough to warrant her involvement. How many other poor decisions will Chief Gideon Cody, Judge Laura Viar, and other "leaders" make before action is taken?
