6 More Signatures!!

We only need 6 more signatures to get to 100! This is huge progress. The Field Ministers still continue to struggle at their facilities with lack of support from NC DPS. Miscommunication, broken promises, lack of resources, lock-downs due to COVID, and on and on the list goes. 

Yet, each one overcame so much to get to this point. A four-year degree program is no joke, and they completed it while incarcerated! They deserve the respect and dignity of being paid fairly. 

We will continue to press the Secretary of the Department of Adult Corrections to grant a pay increase to $5 for Field Ministers.
