The operator of Ohio Animal Rescue is currently facing several allegations of having 30 dead dogs in its rescue locations. Suspect Rhonda Murphy is the owner, arrested later. But that doesn't change the fact of 90 dogs living in horrible conditions and 30 dogs dead.
Authorities found 30 dead dogs inside the rescue mainly in refrigerators and freezers with the bodies usually liquified, sometimes even decomposed.
