Well folks the new UDO passed. This means that there will be more zoning decisions made administratively versus legislative decision (Planning Board). It also means that the Planning Board is now reduced to 7 citizens.

I did my best to keep you the public informed and spoke on behalf of those of you who were concerned.

Now we wait and see.
