Let's make OUR CONDO VOICES heard at our January condo owner town halls!

In Late 2016 I started a Go Fund Me donation project to raise funds to cover our basic condo owner advocacy operating/social media costs AND to have 2 condo owner town hall meetings in January. As close as I can figure it, we need $1,749.34 to cover the above (and that doesn't even cover coffee at the meetings). All donated funds will be used for direct expenses - no one gets paid and when we are successful in our "mission" any money left over will be split between the Veteran's Food Bank and the AB SPCA. Please, if you haven't already, donate $10.00 or more if you can swing it, to help us cover our costs. The meeting purpose is to describe what I believe are 20 shortcomings to the Gov't work in progress Condo Act/Bill 9 AND to identify 20 Improvement Ideas that could make our condo laws less punishing and more inclusive, fair and balanced to condo owners. Remember, as owners, we pay all condo related bills; contribute to the salaries of condo managers, lawyers and other condo industry insider groups; and we are the economic engine behind condo industry successes.
