WTF USDA-APHIS!? YOU NEED TO STEP UP YOUR GAME TO HELP THE ANIMALS OF OLYMPIC GAME FARM!!
May 4, 2018 — Supporters, sorry for the delay in getting the next update to you. I've been doing some research/homework on OGF & was having technical difficulties in trying to share the USDA docs here, on this petition. Please let me know if you can't retrieve the form.
Update: What is going on with USDA-APHIS!?? I've included a link below, to one of their routine inspections that was done at Olympic Game Farm, on June 25, 2014 where the handling of animals needed to comply with USDA regulations & that changes needed to be made.
As for feeding bread to their animals the "transitions should be started as soon as possible", according to USDA inspector at the time, Tom R Lecroy.
The document shows a "Correct Date by August/15/2014" which I'm not clear what this means exactly, but either way, if it meant the issue was already corrected by that date or should've been corrected by that date, we know, today, that nothing has been corrected. The animals are still sticking their heads in windows, they walk in front of cars risking getting hit, AND there's not a single employee patrolling the safari area during hours of operation, as suggested by Tom Elcroy.
If the way the "farm" is handling animals does NOT comply with USDA regulations, how is it that Olympic Game Farm is still operating in the same manner without even a slap on the hand? This is just one of other documents that makes no sense to me at all! Why haven't the Beebe's been refused a license renewal by this point? Something stinks here & I'm going to find out what it is!!
PLEASE continue to share this petition & this update! If anyone else would like to provide me with other information that will help these animals, please DM me at GYCO@gmail.com. If you wish, I will keep you anonymous. Thank you all for your support!
