WELL, GUESS WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY EVENING ...
Aly Cline decided to take the law into her own hands and unlawfully remove signs for this petition / website, AKA 'The Grand Failure' AND removed signs for another candidate who is currently collecting signatures to run against her for Mayor of Surprise.

This is why getting involved in your local government and local elections is so vital to our city's future. For those who may have been on the fence about Ms. Cline, I hope you watch this and see if you still feel as though she is still fit for public service after this. - Council Members are not Code Enforcement (SMC Ch. 109 Section 109-1.17)
- Tampering or dismantling of political campaign signs is a Class II Misdemeanor in AZ (ARS Title 16 Ch. 7 Section 16-1019)
- Council Members are forbidden from participating in any such activities which could even appear as a conflict of interest (City of Surprise Policies & Procedures Manual)
- All Public Officials in AZ are barred from participating in activities that are a conflict of interest (ARS Title 38 Ch. 3 Section 38-504)
- Reckless or negligent violations are a Class I Misdemeanor
- Intentional or known violations are a Class VI Felony
- Any person found guilty shall forfeit their public office / employment
