My point isn't, that strays should be let out on the roads... They shouldn't... Poor doggos, die in the streets because of cars, noise and pollution, without anyone to help them... They shouldn't be stuffed in pounds either, they should be kept in shelters... We Indians pay the government tax money. With that tax money, one solution I can put forth, is to build shelters, adoption centres and facilities for these dogs, where they can stay at, receive care and love and have the opportunity to get adopted. I don't want to challenge the government. I merely want to bring a change to the order... Please do share this petition with as many as possible
