Crosswalk in Disrepair at Grandview and Raymond Ave in Front of Washington School

Has been potentially inoperable for years. City can produce no records indicating any maintenance or inspection of this crosswalk. 

The repair to fix could be simple, but no records or estimates have been provided.

In addition the crosswalk controller box has bullet holes, and the box has been painted.
