This past weekend another deadly tragic accident.
While the specific details are not confirmed. Officials have said that speeding was an issue, apparently over 100mph, alcohol potentially, and no seat belts, combined with reckless driving at 2:30am.
Three people are dead. Three seriously injured but will survive.
The issue is chronic and something has to be done to discourage this sort of behavior.
Ticketing, Impounding of vehicle, revoking license, etc..
Clearly, as vehicles go faster and accelerate faster and faster. This power can kill. Regulators are working to limit the speed of vehicles. There is absolutely no reason that vehicles should not be limited to say 5 miles over the posted limit. Why would anyone need to go faster? Posted speeds are on most vehicles navigation and mapping software.
