Well this is turning out to be a $HIT $HOW of epic proportions. Two incumbent NDP's running for office, TWO NEW CONSERVATIVES running for office, ONE NEW INDEPENDENT running for office and TWO NEW GREENS running for office. AND YET, NOT ONE (that I've spoken/emailed with, minus the last two just announced) has spoken out in favour of our plight to live safely in our own homes and neighbourhoods. As the RCMP have posted on their OUR BC RCMP FACEBOOK PAGE about the need for changes to our current policy of charging (catch) and letting them off the hook (release) we need to show them support. This Saturday September 28th, from 10am - 2pm, they will be hosting an OPEN HOUSE on Airport Road. I anticipate that we might get several candidates who might also attend. I will be attending to show law enforcement my support and I encourage you to join me. FACES are always more productive than the written word. If you do plan to join me, please let me know AND I will arrange pick up should you require, if local to Chilliwack. I would also like to see us hit the 1000 mark for this petition to show our sincerity in making changes. So please feel free to share.
