So the time IS NOW!!! I have just sent an open letter to our Prime Minister, Premier of our Province and our MLA's. An election is coming and CRIME needs to be eradicated. There are no easy solutions. BUT DECISIONS about how we deal with crime has to change. They system as it is DOES NOT FUNCTION and peoples lives are altered.
