This week we have received an update from Minister Regan's electoral office which provides a good update on how things are progressing. See below:

Firstly my apologies for little correspondence of late, but I have been working on this issue.

Please be advised that:

1.    The member for Wakehurst, Michael Regan has secured a meeting with the NSW Roads Minister to discuss Forest Way safety issues.  This meeting will happen before the end of this year.
2.    Northern Beaches Council has advised that a Black Spot funding application has been submitted for pedestrian fencing to address the current state of the footpaths along Forest Way.

I will keep you informed as I learn more.
