Since 1973, I've experienced ongoing abuse and systematic failures that have had a profound impact on my life. This has included tampering with my medical records, corruption, criminal acts, gaslighting, and breaches of my human rights. I've also faced targeted and intentional parental blaming, which led to the removal of my two children. As a result, my life has been severely impacted, and my reputation has been ruined.

Furthermore, I've been denied an assessment of my care needs and have been refused ADHD medication since October 15, 2020. I've received little to no help, treatment, or support, despite my ongoing struggles. My needs have consistently gone unmet, including during my time in school, where I have evidence of this neglect in the form of school reports.

I'm concerned that my children have also been neglected, and a report has been ignored. I'm worried about their well-being and the lack of diagnosis or support they have received, particularly since they are no longer with me.
