Paper and on-line petitions

I am told that the electronic signatures on the Change.org petition can't be submitted to parliament. However, I was able to isolate the people with Canadian addresses -- 13,091 signatures, and I emailed proof of this to MP Karen Ludwig's Ottawa office. I widened the Change.org petition out to email the prime minister. Please keep your fingers crossed. The paper petition with 42 names was submitted today.
