This is Roscoe. If he was not neutered ,  he would be running the streets procreating, possibly get hit by a car or attacked by another dog or a predator. He would get hungry out there, he has not had to hunt but he would if he was starving. Thankfully he will never know that life. Because he is neutered, he is safe and will prevent overpopulation and homeless animals!
