High Priority - You and Biosecurity Orders re: Bee Culling over the Varroa Mite

Together with Associate Professor of Law, Lee Aitken, we have been working on possibly enjoining the NSW Department of Primary Industries from proceeding further with its plans to cull your bee hives; while also offering you grossly inadequate compensation which in our view, also falls far short of what they are required to provide by way of compensation under NSW Biosecurity legislation.
We would appreciate your attending a meeting with us on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023 to discuss what action we can take on your behalf.
You are invited to attend the meeting at our offices, namely in the Mabo Room at Mediation Central, Ground Floor, 162 Goulburn Street, Surry Hills at 5.45 pm on Tuesday, 16th May, 2023. For those who are unable to attend in person, you will be able to join by Teams. A Teams invitation to the meeting is attached to all of you, although, obviously, we think it would be better for anyone who could attend in person, to be there with us.
