The judge was noticeably disappointed at the timing of the motion and granted me until Wednesday evening to write submissions in relation to what Australians will see as the misuse of court process. The judge queried whether the term honey laundering was in breach of previous orders and asked why Capilano have waited 9 months to announce contempt proceedings . I explained to the court honey laundering refers to Capilano Ltd importing and blending Chinese honey with Australian honey and selling it domestically and overseas.
