Capilano Honey have spent millions of shareholders dollars on litigation trying to silence me and continue to delay the judicial proceedings.
Capilano were able to temporarily remove footage I published of tonnes of Chinese honey at their Maryborough plant and also of Chinese Pollen being fed to bees at their packing plant.
Shockingly Capilano ltd managed to impede my access to justice by obtaining court orders to take down my right to Crowdfund.
Fortunately with assistance from www.moreheads.com.au the Supreme Court amended their decision and reinstated my right to Crowdfund my defence.
Capilano have not complied with a notice to produce documents. I am looking for evidence that proves contaminates like neonicotinoids, glyphosate , fungicides, antibiotics, sugar syrups are present in the honey they sell. The documents I need to ensure my defence could than lead to a class action against the honey importer.
Capilano delaying tactics are creating an expensive hurdle. I have another court hearing February 2nd in Sydney and need to raise a further $4000 to arrange a Solicitor to appear. I am dedicated to following this through to a trial with jury if need be. I will look forward to interrogating CEO Ben McKee under oath.
