Capilano are still bullying and pursuing SIMON MULVANY
Next steps in the CAPILANO CASE
This week Simon is meeting with his legal team to give instructions to have the case transferred to the Supreme Court of Victoria. This application must be made to the NSW Supreme Court by next Friday, 22 September 2017.
According to Simon:
Capilano have tried to stop me publicising their massive stockpile of imported industrial honey.
Bringing the case against me in NSW was an act of total bullying. I live in Victoria , Capilano ltd and CEO Ben McKee reside in Brisbane. Capilano's lawyers(Addison's) reside in Sydney.
Just because Capilano spend a fortune on presenting an image as makers of pure Australian honey, doesn’t mean Australian consumers must unwittingly eat honey imported from China, Argentina and Mexico. The least they could do is label honey with country of origin.
How pure is this honey Capilano import? We are about to find out testing for glyphosate, neonicotinoids ,antibiotics, and American foulbrood. Hopefully we can cover the costs through donations.
If the case is in Victoria, my legal costs will be less and Capilano lawyers will lose any hometown advantage.
Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to Simon and please keep up your support. The only way Simon can stand up to the big bullying corporations and keep fighting for what is right is with your support – please keep the donations flowing. Thank you gofundme and thank you bee people the world over!!!!
