The Woodstock Zoning board will determine which zoning rules must be followed for the developers’ proposed expansion of Eastwoods Drive (now a private ingress/egress). If the Board moves in the Woodstock Land Conservancy favor the project CANNOT move forward as it is currently envisioned. This is a Public Meeting- show up and be heard. Location : 45 Comeau, Woodstock

This project will disrupt local wildlife including herons, bald eagles, fox, deer, bear for years to come as the developers destroy roads and wetlands for YEARS as they slowly build their elite community.  This will set precedent to big builders who want to build big developments in protected areas.  

Please take the time to write letters to Planning/Town Boards in both the Town of Woodstock and Ulster, and the Woodstock Zoning Board asking them to reject the Zena Development LLC proposal.  AND SHARE this info to as many residents as you can!!!!! POWER in numbers….
