The Town of Ulster Planning Board Won't Review the Application but Will Listen to Zena's Pitch

Be There to Silently Offer Your Opposition- this is not a public hearing, but your presence is IMPERATIVE.

We know this is very confusing, but it appears the Planning Board is willing to hear from Zena Development (previously known as Woodstock National LLC) even though it won't be making any decisions regarding the formal application. Based on what we know now, it is likely we will need to attend at least two Planning Board meetings, and the first one is April 9.
Public comments will not be possible, but we can show our opposition to the planned development nonetheless.
