ZENA Homes or ZENA Development (formerly Woodstock National) is presenting their first plans to the Ulster Town Board to destroy (their words are “develop”) 106.6 acres of pristine forest into 30 residential building lots.  For more information on what areas are now in play please review Facebook page for STOP Woodstock National or website of the same name.   Their plans have no road access unless they destroy wetlands via their Woodstock CEA property. Please take the time to write letters, call your local town representatives, or better yet… SHOW UP for these meetings via ZOOM or in person.   THEY WILL NOT STOP - profit above anything else—-unless we stop them.
