85% not 50%. Woodstock zoning committee has the ability to make this a reality by changing their proposed zoning of 50% to 85%. preservation. The Town Board vote will be early in January- they need to know what the residents want.  Our critical environmental areas are open for the taking- limit the amount of land that can be developed.  85% not 50% !!!!
