Dear Supporters,

Thank you for your support so far! 

We are now on week two of our petition with nearly 180 people signing to date, I am sure lots more people would be willing to sign  make sure you tell friends and family. 

My plan is to get the petition to 500!

I can only do this with your help! 

I will then submit to the parliamentary petitions system, at the Houses of the Oireachtas. 

Members of the public are able to take their policy concerns directly to the heart of Parliament and to influence the parliamentary agenda.

It does only need 1 signature to bring to petition, but the more we have the more likely we will be heard. 

The Joint Committee on Public Petitions and the Ombudsmen (‘the Committee’) is a Parliamentary Committee consisting of TDs and Senators. It usually meets fortnightly, during its meetings the Committee considers petitions at different stages of deliberation.

Make your voice heard, I know there has been a few changes in the last couple of weeks with the talks of the introduction of further home loans, which should come into force in June 2024, but the government needs to do a lot more to help, with staged payments people can start to bring back to life vacant and derelict homes for people to own or live in, we are in a housing crisis!
