Urgent Call for Safety Measures at Hey Neighbour Music Festival

We'd like to  bring to your attention an urgent matter regarding the upcoming Hey Neighbour Music Festival, Africa's largest music festival. Our organization has been actively lobbying Hey Neighbour to implement anti-sexual harassment pop-up tents to ensure the safety and well-being of festival attendees. This initiative is crucial, especially considering the substantial investment attendees make, ranging from R3000 to R5000, for tickets to the festival.

While Hey Neighbour has shown interest in our proposal, we are experiencing delays in receiving their official approval to proceed with the implementation. We firmly believe that festival organizers must make a genuine commitment to addressing this issue and prioritize it as seriously as other health, safety, and environmental concerns when organizing their events.
