Folks,so far I haven't heard anything back fruitful. I understand some people may feel one way or another but this is my livelihood and passion. 

I never imagined that a public entity would mistreat me in this way. I'm completely innocent and adding an additional unspoken rule to force me to sleep with the principal is plain insane. So far, they're saying my peers are the administration. Yet, my contract says teacher.

 Like I've explained to everyone, I was hired for both skills - leadership and teaching. So, I will never allow anyone to downsize and not fairly pay me for all my services. Clearly, I was correct in everything and I've been completely honest I'm saying that I was the federal point of contact for that school. I received the wrong certificate for that school year and they used me to gain an advantage in keeping their SACS and coming off probation, stealing my ideas to clean up and turn the school around without paying me or requesting the appropriate certificate. Then, causing this lowdown principal to instruct innocent children to slam that door, and sexual harass me while at work and threaten me with no support if I refused. Being completely and unequivocally clear, I've never liked that SOB from onset and again you find out that system. Work is work and this is no different. I never allow personal to impact professional - periodt!! Now play with it!! My friends who know me very well already know, I don't roll like that and still don't!!
