I get all my information from either MD Government, DEA, and Vital statistics.

In MD From 2020 through 2023 there were 493 reported fatal overdoses (poisonings) under the age of 25. 

12 months ending September 2022, total reported poisonings under the age 25 were 121.

12 months ending September 2023, total reported poisonings under the age 25 were 130.

Please keep in mind these numbers are low because not all poisonings were reported.

Under 25 years old, just breaks my heart. This has to stop!! For me, I have to give my all to make sure those who are distributing substances they are very well aware of to potentially be fatal must be held accountable for the lives they take. 
Not only do I strongly believe this law will save lives, I truly believe this law has the capability to give some a different perspective of life. Maybe even turn some bad apples into good ones.
