We are taking this to the Federal Level as too many innocent passengers and rail worker as well, have been injured or killed do to Precision Scheduled Railroading, (PSR), dispatching errors, unscheduled trains on tracks; and first and foremost especially at the Hegewisch Station in Chicago-no safeguards for passengers crossing over ground level tracks; not even a horn....
