The link below goes to the Wisconsin DOT’s website that specifies the needs to implement a new plate to be created. No need to donate money on the change.org website, as it does not go directly to this license plate cause. Once the DMV calls me back with specifics of where the funds $15,500 needed to create the license plate, I’ll figure out how to create a fundraiser directly for this cause.
