For such a successful bar that is one of the major incomes of the Imperial College Union, the bar staff for Beit Bars and Reynolds are paid surprisingly little. 

The bar annually brings in over £1.6 million, from 60 student bar staff. Staff can sell over £3,000 individually for a big event (eg. ACC, Graduation) but only be paid approx £70. The job is also a very physically and mentally demanding one, I personally know every one of the Beit Bars staff and know how much they all deserve the London Living Wage

Out of the major London universities(UCL, KCL and LSE), we are the ONLY university that isn't paying it's staff the London Living Wage. 

Imperial College Union, I ask you to equalize yourself with the fellow London universities and raise the bar staff wage to the London Living Wage
