Serious conflicts over the fate of the 1973 Roe were then accompanied by tensions over an investigation into the source of the leak that included obtaining cell phone data from law clerks and some permanent Court employees.""

Even though Roberts attempted to protect Roe, he ultimately voted along with his fellow "conservatives" and gave only a lukewarm caveat in his dissenting opinion to allude to the fact that Roe shouldn't have been decided by the courts but rather decided by legislatures. While Roberts may not be part of the trumpian-criminal-cabal of fake conservatives, he is still very much part of the problem that affects our freedoms and our future.
