Justice Thomas’s refusal to recuse himself in a clear conflict of interest is at the core of the petition to impeach him.

The subsequent blatantly unconstitutional rulings for overturning Roe, and the violation of the church/state separation only added to the calls for impeachment, for Thomas and other “conservative” SCOTUS justices.
