Hackenberg is responsible for Adam's death

This petition was launched on September 9, 2023, following the devastating decision by Judge Lori Hackenberg to forcibly remove Adam Jonathan Gitter from his loving mother and relocate him to another state to live with his father. Tragically, on March 2, 2024, Adam lost his life while in his father's "care"—a man who cruelly refused to take Adam to the doctor or even call 911 to save his own child. By ordering Adam to live with his father, Judge Hackenberg effectively sentenced this remarkable, smart, innocent 6 year old boy to death. Her reckless and heartless decision cost Adam his life, and she must be immediately impeached to prevent more innocent children from suffering a similar fate.
