Fixed a typo and wrote the draft version of the petition

I have fixed a typo (chief -> chief) and I wrote a draft version of the petition letter. This can be modified along the way as more cases come forward and reveal themselves. We have to take a stand against elected officials who injure the well being of citizens by disregarding the purpose of their job. In this case, protecting and fostering the well being of children. People are not understanding what the problem with this scenario is, and that is part of the problem. Court is horrible. Yes. But why was this judge intent on exposing this brilliant young lady to its horrors? Why aren't people ridiculing this silly woman for stepping way out of line when they see this video? Until a person becomes abused by the justice system, they fail to realize how faulty it is, and how inept or corrupt the entire process is. This Judge needs to be sent packing with a black mark on her resumé, just like every carpet bagging elected official from other states, looking to get their hands dirty with real life experience at the expense of our citizens, with no vested interest in our well being.
