The government, without just cause, revoked Miguna Miguna citizenship and deported him to Canada. 

The Kenyan courts has on several occasions ruled in favor of Miguna and even demanded he be produced in court. The government has ignored court summons and continue to treat Miguna Miguna, a Kenyan by birth, as an alien.
