Parents like myself with special needs children have to make the decision to either send our children away when you don’t have nurses or stay home and make no money to take care of Home. Why can’t you pay the parents,who have no choice but to stay home, the same money you would pay these nurses who half the time come to work or steal your baby medications, with the same grant????  It’s almost like we are punished for the condition that our children are in. I just want my baby home and not miles away. Please help
