Senate Bill 2129 (Peters Bill)

As we know there have been many working to reform the justice system and Governor Pritzker has signed a reform bill which goes in effect January 1, 2022. 

Please review the article for any of your loved ones or anyone you believe that has the ability to be reformed and rehabilitated.  Reach out  to the State's Attorney Office,  Governor Pritzker and Illinois Prison Project supporting your loved one and for information.

Write letters for anyone you believe is deserving of re-sentencing.

Everyone is not the same and there are many inmates that were incarcerated as a juvenile, exuberant sentences (the time does not fit the crime) and has the ability and want to change.   Each case is different and should be individually reviewed for a, Second Chance at Life.
