IGG, WE STOPPED SPENDING. NOW LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS.
The Issue
We, the players of Doomsday: Last Survivors, are sending IGG a clear message:
WE’VE STOPPED SPENDING. NOW IT’S YOUR MOVE.
We, the players of Doomsday: Last Survivors, have had enough.
We have supported this game with our time, effort, and money, but the direction of the game is becoming increasingly frustrating. We keep seeing new monetization pushed into the game while important problems affecting the actual gameplay continue to be ignored.
We are not asking for more things to buy. We are asking for a better game.
WHAT WE DEMAND
1. FIX THE ARMAMENTS / TRANSCENDED UPDATE
The cost of the new Armaments / Transcended system is completely unreasonable.
Over $20,000 USD to fully Transcend the Armaments of ONE hero? Seriously, IGG?
How can you expect players to accept a system with costs like this?
This creates an enormous spending wall and makes the game increasingly inaccessible and frustrating for players who want to stay competitive.
Remove it, significantly nerf it, or make it dramatically cheaper and more accessible.
Players should not need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fully develop ONE HERO.
2. FIX HEALING COSTS AND HEALING LIMITS
This is a war game. LET US FIGHT.
Healing is too expensive and healing limits prevent players from participating properly in wars and events.
Lower the healing costs ( speedups+ RSS) and increase the healing limits so players can fight more without feeling punished every time they take losses.
3. FIX THE MATCHMAKING
Matchmaking is unfair far too often.
In many events, the matchup is so one-sided that the event is effectively decided on the first day. One side dominates while the other side has little reason or ability to keep fighting.
This destroys the competitive aspect of the event and seriously hurts the overall game experience.
We want fairer matchmaking based on actual power, activity, and relevant player/alliance statistics.
4. INCREASE THE AUTO HEALING AFTER EVENTS
After events, the current 65% automatic healing of heavily wounded troops is simply not enough.
Players spend the entire event fighting and taking losses, only to be left with a huge number of heavily wounded troops and massive recovery costs.
Increase the percentage of heavily wounded troops that are automatically healed after events. 65% is too little.
5. INCREASE HOSPITAL CAPACITY DURING EVENTS
War events are supposed to encourage players to fight.
Increase hospital capacity during major events so players can participate more and continue fighting.
6. FIX THE LAG
Lag and performance issues are seriously affecting the game experience, especially during large-scale wars and events.
Players should be able to fight and participate without constant lag, freezes, or delays.
Fix the servers and make large-scale battles playable.
7. ENOUGH WITH THE CONSTANT COLLABORATIONS
Three collaborations in one month while players are asking for meaningful new war content is unacceptable.
Collaborations are fine, but they should not come at the expense of the core game.
Stop prioritizing another collaboration over fixing the actual game.
8. STOP CONSTANTLY PUSHING NEW HEROES
New heroes are being released constantly, creating another endless spending cycle.
New hero → Spend → New hero → Spend → New hero → Spend.
Players need time to develop and enjoy the heroes they already invested in.
9. GIVE US MORE WAYS TO GET OC CHIPS
Give active players more ways to earn OC chips through gameplay.
Not everything should require spending.
10. GIVE US NEW WAR EVENTS
Doomsday is a war game.
We want new war events, new objectives, new strategies, and new reasons to fight.
Stop feeding us collaborations while the war content is being neglected.
11. UPDATE THE REWARDS IN EXISTING WAR EVENTS
Many existing war-event rewards are outdated and no longer match the current state of the game.
If you want players to fight and compete, make the rewards worth fighting for.
12. ASK PLAYERS BEFORE RELEASING MAJOR CONTENT
Start listening to the people actually playing the game.
Run surveys. Run polls. Ask alliance leaders. Collect feedback before major updates are finalized.
Stop assuming you know what players want. Ask us.
OUR MESSAGE TO IGG
We have complained.
We have given feedback.
We have waited.
Now we are taking action.
WE ARE STOPPING OUR SPENDING.
We are asking players who agree with these demands to stop spending on the game until IGG starts addressing the problems that the community has been raising.
We don’t want Doomsday: Last Survivors to fail.
We want it to get better.
But we will not keep spending blindly while the core problems are ignored.
Fix the matchmaking.
Fix healing costs and limits.
Increase automatic healing after events.
Increase event hospital capacity.
Fix the lag.
Give us real war content.
Update the rewards.
Stop the endless monetization cycle.
LISTEN TO YOUR PLAYERS.
IGG, we’ve stopped spending.
NOW IT’S YOUR MOVE.
