For years IGG has accepted providing inaquette service to players who some pay tens of thousands and dollars to play a reliable and enjoyable game. Maintenance never provides adequate rewards or notice, and is dangerous as players can lose thousands of dollars in in game items because of poor maintenance and the game breaking during KvK. To solve this we first want IGG to compensate for this recent blunder in which players couldn't log in for hours and were stranded in vulnerable positions in game. Those who lost troops, in game resources, and their leader should be fully reimbursed. The second desire we have is for IGG to disclose what they're doing to create a more reliable game for their players.
