PLEASE!!! Email the Duplin County Commissioners and let them know you are not pleased with the inconsistent ways the Duplin County Animal Shelter is operating!  The meeting is in less than 24 hours and so many animals are depending on YOU to help!  Let the people who can CHANGE THIS know how you feel!
