Another renovation in future of high school

It looks like the new city council ( voted in by the residents of Belvidere who don't want it in their neighborhood) is still determined to do another renovation downtown. Longtime residents of Lowell have experienced many unsuccessful renovations throughout the years, and know this is a bad decision for the city. It will not produce the results that a new school would. It will not be worth the money taxpayers will end up paying for it. It is a misuse of taxpayer dollars, and the MSBA should honor the city council vote from June to build a new school. That is how our government is supposed to work. The MSBA should not allow an elite neighborhood manipulate them and get their way. I hope they do the right thing.
