Major delays look inevitable

Now that Mayor Kennedy and the new city council are looking to change the council's vote from June to build at Cawley, we won't see a new school or renovation for a very long time. Basically, the process has to start over. This means Lowell will be spending more tax dollars. This has turned into a real disaster for all Lowellians because of the poor leadership of the Mayor.
