It's not okay to expect students to attend school under these conditions. If the new city council has it their way, the kids will have to tolerate these conditions years longer than necessary. The delays the mayor and school committee have intentionally caused will cost the city dearly. We'll not only lose good students, teachers, and staff, but millions of dollars because of their antics.
