2 years and 60+ meetings and the mayor wants to start over?

The city council spent countless hours pouring over information to make an informed decision on whether to rehab an antiquated school or build a new state of the art school. They chose a new school, and it's their job to represent the citizens of Lowell. Now, the mayor wants that decision changed to suit himself. That would mean adding 4-6 more years to what the new build at Cawley would take.
